Our Period Comfort program is dedicated to addressing the challenges these girls face in managing their menstrual health, ensuring they can lead healthier and more dignified lives.
Providing Reusable Sanitary Pads
One of the major issues that vulnerable adolescent girls in our communities encounter is the lack of access to period products, particularly sanitary pads. Many girls have reported being sexually exploited in exchange for sanitary pads, highlighting the urgent need for accessible and sustainable menstrual products. Through our program, we provide reusable sanitary pads to underprivileged girls who meet our need criteria. These pads are not only cost-effective but also environmentally friendly, offering a sustainable solution to menstrual health management.
Training and Education
Beyond providing sanitary pads, we aim to empower girls with the knowledge and skills to manage their menstrual health independently.
